Farm Stays

Maeday Farm is excited to offer farm stays to anyone interested in agritourism, growing food, or just wanting to learn more about farm life. The Honey House is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage located in the center of the farm, that is now available to rent through Airbnb. Whether you choose to join us in feeding the animals, harvesting crops, or touring the farm – or whether you prefer to kick back and relax on your own, we’re sure you are going to love the atmosphere of the farm, and the cozy comfort of the Honey House.

The farm is located just a few miles south of Atmore, Alabama, which is home to some wonderful restaurants, a casino, a local winery, and great antique shopping downtown. We are also just 40 miles north of Pensacola, where it’s easy to find beautiful white sand beaches, great seafood, and a growing restaurant and bar scene. Within 40 miles, you can also easily visit state parks, lakes, and some great hiking, camping, and fishing spots.

Farm Tours

In addition to farm stays, we also offer a one-hour educational walking tour of the farm. We welcome anyone interested in learning more about organic farming, growing vegetables, or farm life in general including school groups, families, church groups, scout groups, and senior groups. Although the farm is most active in the spring, summer, and fall, we will happily schedule a tour at any time of the year.

For scheduling, please email with your requested dates and group size. The cost for the tour is $10/per person and payment is due in advance. Although we will be happy to reschedule any tours in the event of inclement weather, we are unable to offer refunds.
